The National Legal Symposium took place in Washington D.C. on April 11-12th, 2008. The symposium focused on Medicare and patient advocacy. This symposium, which was organized collaboratively with Patient Advocate Foundation and The George Washington University's School of Public Health and Health Services, Department of Health Policy, offered an impressive array of expert speakers on Medicare and an overview of the key emerging legal issues that will affect the program and its more than 40 million beneficiaries in the coming years.
